INTERESTING that you bring this up - today, I got another message, sounding very similar to your guy - I will not mention the name as it is just my assumption that he is from the same camp of fraudulent "job posters" (I actually did say so in my answer and apologized at the same time as I couldn't possibly know for sure). For you info - this is the message (without any names):

Thanks for the swift response and i really appreciate it,i am satisfied with the said cost that seems fair enough.I will like to have your name,address & Phone Number you would want my associate near you to mail you bank draft for the payment as soon as possible which is more like cash that clears immediately upon presentation to any financial institution.I will want the job to be done latest by 20th Sept. I wouldn't like you to rush my project and make sure you read it all over again for perfection after completion,i mean proofreading.And as soon it's ready for collection,the delivery of the project will be by sending via e-mail as an attachment.

(This is the second such "jobs" I have been offered - what I did each time, when I suspected fraud, was to quote unreasonably high - and each time, the price was simply accepted - may help you to pick out the bad guys too).
