It's in that sense anyway, but you may think of some other word for sexual disease.

Here are some more ideas :-) se tirer = se taper (to screw, lay, shag, fuck...) gonzesse (girl, chick, bird) choper = attraper (to catch) saloperie (filth, dirt) in the sense of nasty sexual disease

In AE, there's no good way to say it......in slang.
