Level of diffculty:

Easy / medium

Word or term in question:

placer à court terme

Context:

Voilà ce que tu vas faire. Il me faut cent mille dollars cash, deux cent soixante mille...

Keywords:

...sur mon compte, et le million que reste, tu le places à court Terme, comme tu l'entends...Teh protagonist's friend has just managed to seel hi home for $2,000,000. I'm assuming it menas something like "put it into short-term bods," but I'm not absoluttely certain because it isn't referred to again.
