No it's not established code !!! Etablis is a nick name for etablissement
Etablissement = agency, bank office

ode RIB (Relevé d'identité bancaire)
Code permettant en France d'identifier les coordonnées bancaires d'un client. Le RIB comporte le nom du titulaire du compte, le nom de la banque, le code d'établissement, le code guichet, le numéro de compte et la clé de contrôle. Désormais, y figurent également le code IBAN et le BIC. Il peut être communiqué par le client à tous ses débiteurs ou créanciers pour permettre l'enregistrement automatique des opérations (virements, prélèvements, TIP) sur son compte.

It means "code établissement" of Company code number
