My comment:

Cela semble évident, je pense, s'il s'agit de relevé de notes pour matières obligatoires et facultatives donc "optionnelles". En revanche, je ne comprends pas la phrase :
"on a relevé de notes from the Université de Montréal" qui ne veut rien dire.......
