ADACI is the Italian member of the International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management, it's not exactly a school, though they do have a certification program.
I'd say: une ecole reputee de formtion des acheteurs (add the accents)
THey use "purchasing associates" because it's generic, "buyer" in English is a specific title, whereas in French, "acheteur" is the "mot passe-partout"
