affacturage is factoring, it can be nothing else....

It can be said several ways....Just: factoring or receivable purchasing (factoring) agreement

You can say it several ways but the important term is Factoring, which is the purchase of receivables at a discount, so you (the purchaser) can then go and hit up the debtors for the debt.
