Anscheinend ist "Volumenstrom" der techn. korrekte Begriff, teils wird auch "Förderstrom" gebraucht, "Durchfluss" (ohne bes. Hinweis auf "Löschen" wie im engl. "_fire_ flow") scheint aber am gebräuchlichsten zu sein.
Entsprechend: Durchflussaufzeichnung, Durchflussmessung, etc.
