Order, cleanliness and a glossy shine framed equipment that was unique...
When referring to implements or tools of the trade, "materiale" can be translated as "equipment", as in "materiale per scrivere" - writing equipment. I guess the equipment in this context is the riding tack.

Not sure what the context is, but as the concepts of order, cleanliness and shine are so abstract I'd probably turn this around, something on the lines of 'this unique piece of equipment was framed in gleaming surroundings where all was order and cleanliness.'

Possible over-translated, but without the context....:-/
