It is awkward enough in Spanish (to me). I´d like an equivalent or an explanation in English. Thx A LOT !!!!

My comment:

This is American corporate-speak that was literally translated into Spanish. Even it in English, it's mind-numbingly bad...but it is said.

My comment:

My understanding is that they will analyze the issues found in the report from within the company (perhaps in one certain department or a combination of departments) to look for a solution.
The alternative would be to seek outside help from a different company or firm.
