My comment:
The verb "cacciare" means "to hunt".
The expression "su due piedi" means "without delay/hesitation"
You have to be very creative and find an expression in English combining both the meanings.

su due piedi = on the spot (http://www.lifeinitaly.com/italian/idioms); cacciare can mean to hunt, chase, but also to throw out
