My comment:

I used to translate this as unquestionably, but in England I have been told the best translation would be 'unarguably'. I have also noticed that unarguably is usually more, say, polished.

Unquestionably is used slightly differently in English. I would not use it here.

ne sera pas connu de façon non-contestable=cannot be known for sure\\

That said, with the full sentence, one would probably have:
it will not be possible to know who the creditors of these amounts is with certainty and without question.
