I thinks it's superfluous and totally unnecesary to add the word "sheet" in this instance.

For me, it's notification in legal terms.
And if a HUISSIER delivers it, it service [of process]..but here, it is just a notification in writing.

Notification of the legal transaction or document of cancellation of assignment/sale of rights.
