Context:	La troisième étape commence, minutée elle aussi avec un chronomètre (10 minutes), enregistrement enclenché et papier/stylo en main pour moi. Sans ordre particulier, sans règle, mes collègues me bombardent de questions, des plus pertinentes aux plus saugrenues, des plus concrètes aux plus inattendues, des plus stratégiques aux plus secondaires. Toutes les questions sont les bienvenues. Chaque rebond nourrit l’émergence créative. Les questions fusent en tous sens dans un désordre créatif. Moi, je note, je griffonne, j’attrape les questions sans répondre. J’emmagasine. Viendra le temps de l’analyse, à froid. Mes pairs soulèvent des pans entiers nouveaux de mon interrogation mais aussi des espaces que j’ai mis à l’ombre, ou dont j’ignore même l’existence… Bien sûr, ces questions me ramènent aussi à des sujets que je connais parfaitement. Cette phase se termine et j’ai le tournis.

It's not a matter of getting new information but rather of making the person on the hot chair be aware of all the ins and outs of an issue.

and then the translation of interrogation will depend on whether this refers to a different 'interrogation' the speaker is conducting, as martynback assumed, or the one he is undergoing. If the latter, then interrogation could be OK, or questioning, but 'of' will become 'in'. More context required to know the real sense of this word.
