Nous avons déjà vu que le facilitateur est en charge de constituer le groupe Mastermind de la façon la plus cohérente possible. Il va de sa responsabilité d’avoir dans le cercle des personnalités compatibles et des compétences complémentaires. Le paradoxe est donc que plus l'éventail des compétences est large, plus les échanges et suggestions seront riches. C’est au facilitateur de mixer les différences avec homogénéité. Il fera aussi attention à ce que les différences de niveau de réussite sociale ne soient pas trop importantes. Un entrepreneur débutant trouvera beaucoup de valeur à participer à un groupe d’entrepreneurs très confirmés, l’inverse ne sera probablement pas vérifié. Il faut trouver l’équilibre entre points communs qui facilitent la compréhension réciproque, et les différences pour stimuler les discussions. |
