Portuguese > Italian: Health certificates and health test results
We would need 4 forms translated from Portuguese into Italian. These are health certificates and the results of health tests of two dogs which we want to fly from Brazil to Italy.
The health certificates are empty forms, while the other two documents are filled with data.
