French > UK English: Transcription Job of a 60-minute video file

We have a French to UK English transcription job. The length of the video file is 60 minutes and it needs to be transcribed into UK English with In and Out time codes. It has to be done with subtitling software with SMTPE timecode(hh:mm:ss.frames).

Our budget is 3 Euros per audio minute and the deadline is Friday, 01.04.2016, 09.00 AM CET.
