Englisch > Hindi: Recipe book, 108 recipes of food products

The current document is a Recipe Book contains 108 recipes of food product preparation with the respective ingredients used for the preparation of the dish. This has to be converted to Hindi the total number of pages is 99 (letter format) and have only 8-10 lines of running text per page with ingredients table. I don't know exactly how many words that the book contain. Please quote rates to convert this entire book to Hindi version.
Note: I have pasted the English version in the text sample (1 dish recipe) (since kannada font is not copying properly to your text sample window) for your information and reference. Similar to this we have 108 dishes.
