Chinese > English: Small website translation

We have a Chinese website that must be rendered into workable English--preferably better than Google translate can do. The website also contains embedded characters in graphics that must be rendered. All told it is about 5 pageXXXXXXXXom.au,
We prefer to work with translators local to South Carolina / USA but not mandatory.
