Raith scowled. He despised Highlord Tyren. After
successful completion of his mission to retrieve the
Bennett woman, instead of being praised or even
acknowledged for his efforts he’d been chastised, or
screamed at as the case may be, over his failure to bring
back the crystal as well.
Tyren had thrown a remarkable fit over it. It was a
truly impressive tantrum. Raith had been ordered in no
uncertain terms to go out, find the crystal, and not return
to the Highlord’s presence until he had it in his hand.
