French > Spanish: Translator/copywriter with Studio needed for technical (hydrology)/marketing project

Dear colleagues,
we have a small pilot project in this language pair of 470 words, which can become much more if the client likes the work.
The subject area is technical (hydrology)/marketing, the client is looking for naturally sounding language - absolutely NOT word for word.
Trados Studio 2009 or higher.
The subject matter is not very easy, you really need to do a little research and be comfortable with changing text to make it sound natural.
We need to place the job TODAY!

Example of text:
Les Services de Prévision des Crues.
Les responsables communaux en charge de la gestion des situations de risque d’inondation.
Les gestionnaires de réseaux d’assainissement et/ou de réseaux hydrographiques naturels (gestion temps réel des ouvrages de leurs réseaux / diagnostic permanent des réseaux d’assainissement urbain / aide à la planification des opérations d’entretien de leurs réseaux)
