• Contractor submission is not in accordance with the contract specifications i.e. Construction schedule submission must be in line with Technical Specification Section 01 32 16 ‘’Construction Schedule & Progress Meeting’’ and their requirements.
• Demonstrate work activities in the Construction schedule with a maximum duration of 30 days and not more than 2% of contract sum, except non-construction activities i.e. procurement of materials, delivery of equipment etc. Refer Contract section 01 32 16 (AD-7)-4 Clause ‘C Item 4-I’
