The Football Syllabus boasts periodised style coaching. Our Foundation Syllabus is logical and meticulously planned with your players at the centre of our work.
We go against the traditional basis of ‘reactionary’ youth coaching. Reactionary coaching is based upon results and sessions will reflect downfalls in previous fixtures. Reactionary coaching does have its place, however, this should only become apparent when results start to have an increased significance. An adult professional team for example, may be susceptible to conceding goals from corners, therefore a new Head Coach may be hired and focus on defending corners. As results are of utmost importance at this level, reactionary coaching is a valuable method.
