I´m from Germany. I already wrote the paper in english. I would like a correction of my english concerning understandability and proper sentence structure. The paper has 17 pages.

Abstract
Background:
The aim of the study was to analyse the development of dynamic volar luxation of the ulnar head at the distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ), establish a diagnostic algorithm and show clinical results after anatomic reconstruction.
Methods:
Between 2007 and 2014 10 patients had a radius corrective osteotomy due to a dynamic palmar luxation of the ulnar head at the DRUJ. Six patients with an average age of 34,1 ± 7,3 years could be followed up clinically and radiologically after an average time of 5,6 ± 2,9 years. Retrospective patient history, diagnostic imaging, operative technique and clinical results (DASH, modified Mayo Wrist Score, pain, grip strength, range of motion) were analyzed.
Results:
Medical history revealed a conservatively treated forearm fracture in childhood. After a symptom free window of an average of 21,5 ± 7,4 years, patients developed a clunk phenomenon in supination of the forearm. A radiograph of the forearm showed a radius malunion at shaft-level. 4 patients had an additional computed tomography with functional images of the DRUJ, which showed a palmar luxation of the ulnar head in 3 cases.
The DRUJ could be stabilized by a single radius corrective osteotomy in five of the six patients. One patient developed a volar subluxation of the distal radius in an ulna-plus-situation; treatment was a shortening ulna shaft corrective osteotomy. One Fragment dislocation of the corrected radius required a reosteosynthesis.
Postoperative range of motion of the wrist had an average of 136° in extension/flexion, 149° in pronation/supination, grip strength was 89% of the opposite
