English and Maltese content writers

We are looking for both English and Maltese Content writers. The volume will be about 240K word and it may continue for 2 years. We require about 10 linguists with major projects CVs and Certificates as well,

Linguists Specifications:
1. Content Writer to have at least a first degree in English and Maltese.
2. To submit Portfolio of work of same nature and/or references / or certificate
3. Creative and innovative thinker and planner
4. Ability to produce work across multiple platforms
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

If you have such linguists, kindly let me know your rate per word in EUR, CVs and Certificates for each one.
