English > Japanese: Linguistic QA in Japanese / hidden object mobile games

Our Games Localization department is looking for Japanese speakers to join our team as linguistic testers.

Project: hidden object and match-3 puzzle games with lots of story text
Details: The games are already being tested by us, they are constantly updated and we receive new builds for testing regularly, so you can expect to have a stable workload.

Requirements:

1. Native proficiency in the target language (Japanese), English - high written proficiency (you need to be able to easily communicate and report bugs).
2. A PC with Windows 10/11 to run game builds.
3. Linguistic testing experience (Various combinations of translation/linguistics experience, solid knowledge of language rules, testing/QA experience, and readiness to learn can also work)
4. Passion for games would be a great bonus
