I am a freelance German to English translator based near Cologne in Germany. I am a British English native speaker and hold a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours, a Diploma in European Humanities and specialise in the areas of marketing & communication, technical texts, motorsport, automotive, medical texts, legal texts, advertising, art & culture, fashion, textiles, general business texts etc. I have been translating for over 12 years and have been resident in Germany for 32 years. I was employed for 15 years by the Toyota Motor Sport WRC team, Toyota Le Mans and Toyota Panasonic Formula 1 Racing teams holding various sales & marketing positions, culminating in Corporate Identity.

I am a freelance German to English technical translator based near Cologne, Germany for the past 35 years. I am a British English native speaker, have a degree in engineering and have been translating for over 25 years. My specialist areas include automation, automotive, mechanical engineering, engineering management and machine construction. In over 45 years’ experience with Ford of Europe I have developed an in-depth and extensive knowledge of technical terminology and engineering procedures.
We have extensive experience in a wide range of areas and sectors including technical, legal, medical, marketing etc. We work together as a team on all our translations and guarantee quality, professionalism and delivery on schedule at all times.
