This site won't help you this time, but many other times, yes:

And don't forget Wikipedia (page titles are often translated in other languages) and the Wiktionary (especially for recent neologisms, the plural and feminine forms, etc):

That being said, professional translators normally only translate into their mother tongue, for reliability and creativity. Some people have two "mother" tongues. But rarely more than that... ;-)
