Context:	Wie hoch sind die Kosten für Kissen, Decken, Bettwäsche und Bettlaken? Nota: yo entiendo que "Bettwäsche" son sábanas, y "Bettlaken" diría que son sábanas bajeras, así que no entiendo muy bien por qué se ha hecho esta distinción. ¿Alguien puede ayudarme? Obviamente, "sábanas y sábanas bajeras" no quedaría muy bien. ¡Mil gracias!

1. Bettlaken = Betttuch : sábana (se coloca directamente sobre el
colchón)
Spannbettlaken = Spannbetttuch : sábana ajustable (con una
banda elástica alrededor de los bordes para garantizar un
ajuste óptimo)
2. Bettwäsche = Bettzeug: ropa de cama
Bettwäsche, i.e. Bezug für Kissen plus Bezug für Decke/Plumeau
ropa de cama, es decir, funda de almohada y funda
