Gli enti per i quali sarà verificata la disponibilità di risorse per effettuare attività richieste da Vodafone sono indicati come “terze parti”. Fra queste sono presenti i SI (System Integrator) eventualmente nell’accezione di SU (System Unico).
L’applicativo Crono nasce con una logica “hub/gateway”. Le verifiche disponibilità saranno veicolate agli enti preposti sulla base di una logica legata sostanzialmente alla localizzazione dell’intervento ed al tipo di intervento stesso.
Crono non implementa alcuna logica in locale per la verifica disponibilità ma semplicemente si interfaccia con gli applicativi di WFM (Work Force Management) ed AM (Appointment Management) delle terze parti per inoltrare la richiesta e prendere in carico la risposta.
