English > Kashmiri: Translators needed who are knowledgeable in the IT area
I am looking for native Kashmiri translators who are knowledgeable in the IT area. They should be able to work with texts regarding IT applications, both hardware and software. They should be able to read HTML tags and translate around them whilst keeping them in tact.
It would be great if the translator had Excel and also InPage which works well with character support for that language.
