Consumer questionnaire: 1210 words approx.
Pharmas questionnaire :1427 words approx.
Physician questionnaire: 1472 words approx.
Sound recordings are needed as well: 36 (3 brand namesx12 qualifiers. + 1 control name)
Once fieldwork is over we also need open ended questions to be back translated to english
Everything is to be entered in our application for which we will provide access.
