Ukrainian > English OR German: University Diploma and the Supplement

For the registration to the Doctorantship at the University I am required to present the certified (beglaubigte) translation of my University Diploma and the Supplement to it from Ukraian into English or German.
The Diploma itself - about 25-30 words, no special terminology.
The Supplement - 2 pages, 1st page includes the data about University and State Examinations (about 300 words) and the 2nd one contains the full list of 93 courses with marks. Courses names are mostly related to medicine.
Especial attention: the statement of my right to enter the Promotion Program ("аспірантура") leading to a Doctoral degree (Doctorantship).
The trasnslation is needed by 10 of September.
I can provide certified copies of the documents by post.
I would like to know the price of the translation from Ukrainian into English.
If the translation in this direction is not possible, please let me know the price of translation into German.
