English > Albanian: Declaration by a witness in a pending immigration proceeding, 3 pages
The project requires translation of a declaration by a witness in a pending immigration proceeding. The contents of the declaration should be kept in the strictest confidence. The declaration is factual in nature and does not contain legal jargon. The declaration will be 2-3 pages, 1000-1500 words.
There are two translations that must take place: First, an English draft of the declaration needs to be translated into Albanian for review and possible editing by the witness. Second, the final, edited declaration must then be translated back into English and the translator must certify its accuracy. However, because the changes to the document are likely to be slight, I think the second translation (back into English) should not be billed as a fulll translation.
The translator must reside in the United States, preferably in the D.C. metropolitan area.
