The translation is a full fund prospectus of a Dublin-Based UCITS III Umbrella fund. The lenghth of text is approximately 30,000 words, it has to be a certified translation as the prospectus will be distributed to the financial market authorities.

(An umbrella fund, with segregated liability between sub-funds, incorporated as a variable capital investment company in Ireland with registration number 449570 on 22 November 2007 and authorised by the Financial Regulator pursuant to the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations, 2003, as amended.) This Prospectus may also be translated into other languages. Any such translation shall only contain the same information and have the same meaning as the English language Prospectus. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the English language Prospectus and the Prospectus in another language, this English language Prospectus will prevail, except, to the extent (but only to the extent) required by law of any jurisdiction where the Shares are sold, that in an action based upon disclosure in a Prospectus in a language other than English, the language of the Prospectus on which such action is based shall prevail. All disputes as to the contents of this Prospectus shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
