English > Swedish: Global airline emergency translations

A language management company based in the UK is currently recruiting for English to Swedish freelance translators to join a team, carrying out emergency translations for a well known global airline.

We are therefore looking to put together a team of approved suppliers to handle the English to Swedish translation needs for this client. Ideal candidates will be Swedish mother tongue and must have at least 3 years full time translation experience. Candidates must have previous experience of translating marketing, travel & tourism materials.

As these will be emergency translations that we will receive from our client, translators must be available to start work straight away and there will be a very rapid turnaround due to the nature of such situations. Translators must be able to be on call for possible work from 02.00 to 07.00 UK time starting from May.
MS Word and Excel will be required and Trados is preferable, although not essential.
