Native freelancers required for Broadcast translations
Translation for broadcast – A likely opportunity to participate!
We are currently seeking individual mother tongue freelance translators of Arabic, Croatian, European Portuguese, Serbian (Roman) and Albanian, with a translation degree or experience, to create subtitles for broadcast in Europe. This is an opportunity likely to come up shortly, to dive into broadcast subtitle translation at just the right moment, starting with a pilot program that can lead to full-time commitment.
Suitable candidates should have the following additional prerequisites:
• Live in their native country or Europe
• Should have 20-40 hours availability per week
• Possess an up-to-date computer with Microsoft operating system (Windows 2000, XP or Vista)
• Possess high-speed Internet
• Highly motivated to provide quality subtitles in an emerging market
Interested candidates should immediately send a comprehensive CV in English to include mother tongue, country of primary education, translating experience from English into their native language and country of base. Candidates need to fill out our Application Form and complete a timed Proficiency Test as part of the application process.
