Subtitling company requires freelance translators

Hello Translators!

We are a division of a Hollywood-based subtitling company and are always in need of translators and proofers to join our freelance network. We provide subtitling and captioning services to major Hollywood film studios for DVD releases in 45 plus languages.

Currently, we are in urgent need of qualified French, Czech, Danish, Norwegian, Slovenian and Icelandic freelancers based only in their native countries. The translations are always done from English to other languages. Preference will be given to translators having a fast internet connection like a DSL or Cable.

Please enter your mother tongue as subject line reference and send your latest CV as a Word document to include mother tongue, country of primary education, relevant work experience, two email ids, and complete contact details including country of base for an application and a short translation test. Once your application and test is approved we’ll offer our rates for your acceptance. You will then be included in our assignment rotation. You may be aware that DVDs are released for every movie now-a-days!
