English > Spanish: In-house Spanish translator needed with coordination and proofreading tasks in Berlin (Germany)
Anakan GmbH is looking for highly motivated and experienced Native European Spanish translators for 2 months starting mid-July to work in-house in our office in Berlin.
Anakan is a specialist game localization company working on 10 platforms and in 24 languages. As of today, the company has localized more than 900 products for many of the world's best-known companies such as Activision, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, Eidos, Vivendi Games, Ubisoft, Atari, Sega, Virgin, Mattel, Mindscape, EA, Kemco, Agetec, etc.
Job Description
Translation and proofreading of content for games with coordination with our translator team.
Special requirements:
You must have strong grammar skills in your native language
Be computer literate
Be an avid gamer with online games, ideally fantasy games
Be a detail-oriented and flexible team player who is self-motivated, responsible, hard-working, innovative, dedicated and deadline-oriented
Be familiar with PC and internet terminology
Understanding of and desire to work in the gaming industry
Have a strong comprehension of the English language
Basic Trados knowledge
