SEQUENCE OF OPERATION

1. Install vehicle window template in the test vehicle.
2. Connect the ¼” hose to the PRESSURE CONNECTION located on the side of the cabinet.
3. Connect the other end of ¼” hose to the PRESSURE CONNECTION in the window template. This hose must be able to read the static pressure inside the vehicle.
4. Connect 6” diameter hose to the AIR OUTLET connection located on the side of cabinet. Install the spring clamp to retain the hose.
5. Connect the other end of the 6” diameter hose to the window template. Install spring clamp to retain the hose.

10. The unit is now ready to perform the test. Turn FAN CONTROL switch to “START”.
11. Airflow is automatically modulated by the unit controller to achieve the pressure set point (pressure display labeled PRESSURE)
12. PRESSURE displays actual pressure during test.
13. When the set point pressure is achieved the AT PRESSURE SETPOINT green light will energize. The airflow will be displayed on the controller as AIRFLOW SCFM.
14. HIGH FLOW ALARM red light will energize after pre-set time has passed and the pressure set point has not been satisfied or maximum airflow rate of 500 SCFM is exceeded (indicating excessive leakage)
15. Upon HIGH FLOW ALARM condition inspect the vehicle while the unit is running to locate the areas of excessive air leakage.
16. Unit will automatically attempt to achieve the PRESSURE set point throughout the test.
17. The unit will continuously display AIRFLOW (SCFM) and system PRESSURE (“WC).
