Job Description

We are an ISO certified English language solutions company well established in Japan and are now expanding to other non-native markets like China and Taiwan. We provide editing services to academic papers across all subject areas. And have a lot of extensive knowledge in academic domain with over 6,000 clients and having edited in excess of 15,000 papers.

We are currently looking for a dynamic, smart individual who has a passion for innovative marketing. He will be required to work very closely in a small offshore team and should provide the required support to the Indian office. It is very critical that the candidate is a self learner and with very high motivation levels for demonstrating high performance.

He will be required to fulfill the roles and responsibilities as outlined below (not exhaustive).

Tasks:
 Market research
 Analyzing and keeping a track of competitor activities
 Help in business development China/Taiwan market
 Analyze and follow market trends
 Give support to offshore marketing team and work closely with them on website as well as marketing front.
 Identify market gaps and relay the information to the Indian office.

 Build and improve customer relationship management
 Liaising with clients in order to determine their requirements via email and phone
 Identify and develop relationships with clients
 Handle disputes and enquiries using emails and respond to customer requests.

 Required skills and knowledge:
- The ideal candidate has to be very driven and self motivated.
- Good English reading/writing skill
- Computer skills: MS Office, Word, Excel
- Ability to write good business correspondence.
- Advance Good Mandarin /traditional Chinese writing skill
- Academic background in sciences

Note that we are also open to fresh graduates for this role. Our primary requirement is a dynamic, smart person, who wants to make a difference by his presence.

Work Conditions
You will be required to work from home with a high speed, stable internet connection. The role requires anything upwards of 6 hours daily. You can indicate your preference in your application. We are open to making this a full-time role as well. The remuneration for this role would be done at a monthly level.
