English > Czech: Translation of CSS Validation software, about 1000 words

We are looking for services of translators

who are able to translate a set of text strings that

are displayed in a CSS validation application. Basic

knowledge of terms in the area of Internet, HTML, CSS

and web standards is required.

Text strings that need to be translated can be found

in an RTF file here:

Translators should make sure to:

not translate the

keywords before the colons (e.g "warning.same-

colors:" should be left as is). Translate the text

after the colon. Understand that "%s" is a special

substitution keyword that will be replaced by a value

specific to the stylesheet validated. For example, in
Same colors for %s and %s
"%s" will be replaced by the

two contexts in which the color is similar, and

should not. Worth noting, when there are several

substitution "%s" in a message, their order matters.

This may make translation tricky in some rare cases.

Comments starting with # should also be left out in

the translation.

We intend to have many more similar translations in

near future, so if we are satisfied with your

services, we may well offer you more commisions for a

higher rate.
