Transcription/Translation from several languages into English.

The whole job consists in:
1- Translate 2 documents(1500 words estimated):
a confidential agreement
a focus group questionnaire
From English to Dutch, Polish, Swedish and Slovak
2- Translation: render spoken information in the source languages(Dutch, Polish, Sweden and Slovak)), from focus groups into the target language(English) in written form. Each focus group last 2 hours and has 5500 estimated words in English. Near 1000 words of focus group are the questionnaire and are not necessary be translated because they are written in source language. No source language scripts are required.
3- Revise considering us: examine a translation for its suitability for the agreed purpose, compare the source and target texts, and recommend corrective measures
4- Proofreading
5- Optionally you can quote only interpreting from audio in source language to audio in target language
