Translators and Editors Needed for Travel Website – English into Portuguese (Portugal)

We are looking for experienced and beginner translators/editors for a large volume project for a leading travel website. The project is expected to start mid-May and it will continue for a minimum of 3 months. Following the initial project, steady and sizeable update work will follow.

Job description:

Translator/Editor
Work from home position: you must have a reliable internet connection and computer.
Suitable for early-career translators/editors with 2-3 years experience, however beginner linguists and students who score well on our translation test may also be offered work.
Translators should expect to manage appx 3,000 to 5,000 words per day of extremely straightforward content.
Editors should expect to manage appx 7,500 to 11,000 words per day.
Specific translation software is required, no exceptions. Training and licenses will be provided.

Those who offer more competitive rates will be given priority and higher volume.

You can make it the primary reason for traveling, immersing yourself in another culture and spending two weeks or more focusing on intensive volunteer work.
