I need a few documents translated for research that I will be doing this summer on tuberculosis in Kuala Lumpur.
Documents to be translated include a survey (3 pages, 600 words), and a consent form (3 pages, 1,100 words).
In addition I will need a short letter certifying the translation. This may mention the translators experience and qualifications.
