Dear Sirs,
I have a Word document (2.585 words) that needs to be translated from English to Shona. This document has to be ready by 10 September 2010.
We a not for profit organization with the mission of improving access to quality healthcare in developing countries. In doing so, we collaborate with public and private organizations that implement wellness and HIV/AIDS programs for their employees and families in developing countries. We provide them with technical assistance in program management and medical expertise for quality control of the local health care providers.
The object of this translation is a questionnaire that we have developed to assess the reach of the HIV/AIDS program of one of our clients (for several countries in sub-Saharan Africa). This survey will allow us to gain a better understanding of the risk profile of the target population (employees, their families and household personnel) and to advise our client on better tailoring their program accordingly.
Based on the above information, I would like to ask if you could please provide me with a quote for this translation work as I need to get approval from my supervisor.
