EU tender

Dear translator.

We are signing up for an EU tender.

The contract involves translating:
(1) at least partly, the following documents from the official EU languages:
– notifications of draft regulatory measures submitted to the Commission by
NRAs, drafted in their respective official language;
– technical annexes to these notifications;
– responses by NRAs to requests for further information by the Commission;
– other documents related to the notification;

(2) occasionally, in full, the following documents:
– Commission decisions with regard to incompleteness, launch of phase II
investigations and lifting of Commission reservations as well as no comments
letters and comments letters with regard to the notifications of draft regulatory
measures submitted by the NRAs.

(3) occasionally, in full, the following documents:
– Commission veto decisions as well as recommendations to amend or to
withdraw the draft measure that was notified by the NRA.
