Potential request for translation quotes from freelance translators / translation agencies
English <> Slovene: Legal and journalistic texts (United Nation HCR tender)
In order to participate in a tender for the UN-HCR Regional Representation for Central Europe, we are seeking translators and interpreters working from Slovene into English and vice-versa.
Applicants should have expertise in translating legal and journalistic texts related to the asylum field (refugees, asylum seekers, statelessness, migration etc.).
Please send your CV, rates per word/character by Friday 25 February 2011 midnight (GMT+1).
Test translation of a legal and/or journalistic text (each approximately one page in length) will be required once candidates have been shortlisted.
