Request for consecutive interpretation quotes from freelance translators / translation agencies

A non profit organization is looking for a consecutive interpreter from Russian into English (not vice versa). You would be interpreting on stage, sentence by sentence, standing next to the speaker, before an audience of about 30 people. It is a meeting on human rights, about the wars in Chechnya.
Date: Thursday, October 27, 2011
Time: 11h00 - 11h30 and 11h45 to 12h30 (about 1h15 min. total)
Venue: Bern, Switzerland
The customer being a non-profit organization has a low budget.
