English < > Russian: Four Day interpreting assignment + travel from Detroit, MI to Minnesota
Our client has a group of people from Russia coming to Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota, United States. The group will be visiting dairy farms; these dairy farm tours will be guided and led by English native speakers.
We are looking for an interpreter who will interpret from English into Russian and from Russian into English for 4 guests who do not speak any English. Interpreting services will be required for 4 days, approximately from 08:00 or 09:00 AM until 5 PM each day. Topics to be discussed are animal nutrition and dairy farms management.
The plan of the dairy farms tours is as follows:
· Monday October 24th – Michigan Dairy Tour
· Tuesday October 25th – Michigan Dairy Tour
· Wednesday October 26th – Wisconsin Dairy Tour
· Thursday October 27th – Minnesota Dairy Tour
The group will arrive to Detroit, Michigan on Sunday, October 23rd and they will start the tour of dairy farms at 8 AM on Monday October 24th. We are looking for a Russian interpreter who can meet the group in Detroit, MA and travel with them to Minnesota. Travel expenses, lodging and meals will be paid in addition to the interpreting fees.
